ABSOLUT BAY - 10yr old Hunter for LEASE
Skyy has the BEST attitude you would ever want in a horse. He is very
willing, cooperative, and eager to please. Great ground manners and wonderful personality - very affectionate and friendly.
He has comfortable gaits and a lovely canter, with the stride to make the lines. Skyy is willing, forward and loves to jump.
Knows his lead changes, gets into frame easily. Has done the hunters and schooling lower level dressage. Was used for lessons
in the past for intermediate level riders. Good at horse shows and away from home. He is also great out on trail rides and
hunter paces - goes through water,over bridges,doesn't mind traffic. Pretty much a great all-around guy. Light to the aids,
Skyy is easy to handle for knowledgeable rider, but would not be appropriate for a beginner or unbalanced rider. Skyy stands
quietly for the vet and farrier, good to trailer, and gets along well with other horses. 100% sound.

outdoor ring with freshly painted jumps, excellent lighting and excellent footing. Direct access to miles of trails. Hot and
cold water wash rack. Heated and air conditioned lounge and tack room. Very close by to shows/hunter paces/ other local events.

Ferdinand is a 16h bay warmblood gelding for lease. Dead quiet and Bombproof. Old school master.
Did 2nd level dressage and hunter/jumpers, foxhunted, huntpaced,lessons ... this guy has done it all. "Ferdi" is older
now (20 - but you would never tell by looking at him) and I am retiring him from my lesson program. He is still in good shape
and excellent condition. He loves having a job and would be great for a pleasure rider,trail rider, beginner or timid rider
looking for something safe, quiet and patient. He is a complete gentleman. This horse is worth his weight in gold. Gets on
the trailer with no problem, absolutely quiet on the trails and at horse shows, very affectionate and friendly. Comfortable
gaits. As my lesson horse he has show in leadline, green rider, beginner rider, and pleasure divisions with both children
and adults. Sound, no vices.
