About Me

I have obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from the College of Staten Island. I am a certified NYC DOE Public School Teacher and have been working in the education field for over 10 years. Along with my degrees, I also have various other certifications and experience in Social Emotional Learning and phonics strategies for struggling readers. I have taught in both Elementary Schools and Middle Schools, and am comfortable and confident in working with various grade levels. I am very eager to meet you and your children and help them in any areas of their school work they need to strengthen. Please contact me if you have any questions about my services.

My goal is to provide quality tutoring service for students in Staten Island. I want to give children the peace of mind that they are capable to excel at their school work, even in the most challenging subjects.

I positively encourage and help my tutees with their homework, reading and study skills. There are many different ways a student can learn and my job is to help your child see things in a plain is simple manner that they can retain and build upon. I am patient,attentive, and very well versed in the Common Core Curriculum.
